From a small Bible study in a local apartment complex to our current campus church in Apex, the Lord has been faithfully blessing the ministry of CC Cary.
Five Calvary Chapels have been planted from our church: Calvary Chapel Chapel Hill, Calvary Chapel Clayton, Calvary Chapel Wilmington, Calvary Chapel Wake Forest and Calvary Chapel New Beginnings Raleigh

The Lord stirs a desire for Pastor Rodney and Elvira Finch to plant a church while they are serving at CC Temecula, Calif. |

Pastor Rodney and Elvira make the first of several visits to Raleigh to meet with people interested in establishing a Calvary Chapel in the Triangle. |

The Finch family moves to Raleigh. |

Pastor Rodney begins leading a Bible study at the Treybrooke Apartments in Morrisville upon the request of the apartment manager. |

1995 |
The Bible study moves to a rented trailer and garage in the Carpenter community near Morrisville. At this time we were known as CC Raleigh. |

Outgrowing the trailer, we move to vacant space next to a gas station on Old Apex road near downtown Cary. At this time, our name changes to Calvary Chapel Cary. |

Pastor Chuck Smith of CC Costa Mesa, Calif. dedicates our facility. |

We are one of several lead churches in the 2005 Harvest Crusade in Raleigh with Pastor Greg Laurie. |

We purchase the land at our current location as well as surrounding properties. |

The church renovates the former YMCA on our property, providing 28,000 square feet of space for our children's and youth ministries as well as a second sanctuary and several multi-purpose rooms. |

To accomodate our overflowing Easter Services, we begin holding our Easter Celebration Service at Dorton Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. |

Our Saturday evening service begins. |

Pastor Rodney begins the Calvary Chapel Training Center in Hyderbad, India, to train Pastors how to teach the Bible. |
