We also invite you to join us for other special services during the Easter season, all to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Paid in full. What a wonderful phrase! It means the debt is gone. Full payment has been made. And with this full payment comes incredible freedom.
When it comes to our relationship with God, we are all in debt – we all fall short of the perfection He requires. But we simply cannot pay this debt in our own efforts. It's not a matter of doing enough good works or balancing good versus bad. Perfection is required, and the penalty of sin – any and all sin – is death.
But there is Good News! Your debt has been paid in full by Jesus Christ! Jesus came to earth, fully God and fully Man, to pay the price we owe. If we simply accept this free gift, we are set completely free – from guilt and shame and condemnation.
God loves you. He wants a relationship with you. He wants you to be free. And through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus, He has given you the gift of eternal life.
